1) Please go to “Start”->”Control Panel”.

2) Please choose “Clock, Language, and Region”.

3) Please choose “Region and Language”.

4) Please click “Formats” form, then choose “Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan)”. (PS. You don't need to do this setting if your address is in USA.)

5) Please click “Location” form, and then choose “Taiwan”. (PS. You don't need to do this setting if your address is in USA.)

6) Please click “Administrative” form, then click “Change system locale…”button.

7) Please choose “Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan)”and click “OK” button.
