Situation 1: Using Windows 2000 or XP
Step 1: First disconnect the writing pad from the computer.
Step 2: Go to[ Start ]>[ Control Panel ]>[ Add/Remove Programs ] and remove Penpower Junior.
Step 3: Restart the computer.
Step 4: After reinstalling Penpower Junior software, reconnect the writing pad after the computer restarts.
　
Situation 2: Using Windows Vista
Step 1: First disconnect the writing pad from the computer.
Step 2: Go to[ Start ]>[ Control Panel ]>[ Programs and Features ] and remove Penpower Junior.
Step 3: Restart the computer.

Step 4: After reinstalling Penpower Junior software, reconnect the writing pad after the computer restarts.
