If an old version of the software is installed on your computer, you must remove the old Penpower software and properly install the new version by following these steps.
Situation 1: Using Windows 2000 or XP
Step 1: Go to [ Start ]>[ Control Panel ]>[ Add/Remove Programs ]and remove programs such as Penpower Handwriter, Tablet, or USB Tablet.



Step 2: Restart your computer.
Step 3: Install the new version of Penpower Handwriter software.
　
Situation 2: Using Windows Vista
Step 1: In[ Start ]>[ Control Panel ]>[ Programs and Features ]remove objects such as Penpower Handwriter and Digital Pad.

Step 2: Restart your computer.
Step 3: Install the new version of Penpower Handwriter software.
