Step1. Please run “Communications Wizard” to complete the connection.
Note: if you had finished the “Communication Wizard”, please skip the step.

Step2.
Please check "Regional and Language Options" (Regional Options, Languages and Advanced page) setting is Simplified (Chinese PRC).
Note: if you need install East Asian languages, please check “install files for East Asian languages” option and insert “windows XP CD” into CD-ROM.



Step3.
Please check "Text Services and Input Languages" is Simplified (Chinese PRC).

 

Step4.
Please check "Scan to PC" option on SuperscanEYE. You can click the left-right direction button to select the scan language, including Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese and English. In the Traditional Chinese or Simplified Chinese mode, you can click the up-down direction button to select horizontal scan or vertical scan.

EX: When you scan Horizontal Simplified document, please Change option to [Chinese S.] and [Horizontal]

Step5.
Open the application software such as Word, Excel where you want to scan and input word.

Please check the Pen Communications status that must be “Turn Pen Communications Off” as shown.
