Q28: The computer can not detect device of the office scanner for WorldCard software when you plug it into USB port from computer on Windows 7 OS. What can I do？
[Step1] You may access following link to download the latest driver.
 
[Step2] Please kindly decompress the attached zip file and double click ＂A8Office_Setup.exe＂to install.
 
[Step3] Please go to "Start"--->"Computer"--->"right click on Computer"--->"Properties".
 
 
[Step4] Please choose "Device Manager" and click it.   
 
 
[Step5] Please kindly check if "600dpi USB scanner" is showed. Please kindly right click on 600dpi USB scanner, select the “Update Driver Software” option.
 
 
[Step6] Please Choose ”Browse my computer for driver software”.
 
 
[Step7]   Please click ”Browse”button-> choose the path  ” C:\Program Files\USB A8 Scanner\setup”  -> and then click  ”next”.
 
 
[Step8] Office driver installation complete .
